1. What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver in India. You can check availability by entering your PIN code at checkout.


2. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (COD). All online transactions are securely encrypted.


3. Is there a minimum order value?

No minimum order is required, but we offer free delivery on orders above ₹499.


4. How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email after placing your order. You can also track it in your My Orders section.


5. Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, changes or cancellations are allowed up to 1 hour before your chosen delivery slot. Please contact our support team for assistance.


6. What if I receive damaged or missing items?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will either replace the item(s) or issue a refund based on the situation.


7. Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?

Yes, we deliver every day including weekends and most public holidays, depending on local regulations.
