You may be eligible for a return or refund in the following cases:

  • You received damagedspoiled, or expired items.
  • You received the wrong product (wrong item/quantity).
  • You received a product that is missing from your order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns unless there is a proven issue with the product at the time of delivery.

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Products that are fresh but disliked for personal taste.
  • Products that were accepted at the time of delivery and later reported.
  • Any product that has been consumed, tampered with, or is not in the original condition.

3. Timeframe for Reporting Issues

  • You must report any issue within 2 hours of delivery.
  • Reports made after 2 hours will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you encounter any issue, please follow these steps:

    • Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product and the packaging.

  • Full Refund: For missing, spoiled, or wrong items.
  • Partial Refund: If only part of the order is affected.
  • Replacement: A fresh item delivered at no additional cost (where feasible).
  • Credit/Wallet Balance: A cashback amount credited to your Sabjifresh.online wallet for use on your next purchase.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original method of payment or to your Sabjifresh wallet, based on your preference.
  • If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued via bank transfer or as store credit.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch without any penalty.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted, especially for fresh produce.
  • In case of unavoidable situations, please contact customer care urgently for assistance.

8. Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and be available to accept the delivery.
  • Failure to accept delivery may result in spoilage for which Sabjifresh.online cannot be held responsible.

9. Force Majeure

  • No returns, cancellations, or refunds will be applicable in cases of delays due to unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters, transport strikes, or lockdowns.
