1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24 working hours.
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed the same day; orders placed after that will be processed the next business day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- For fresh fruits, vegetables, and other perishables, we prioritize quick dispatch to ensure maximum freshness.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer the following delivery options:
- Standard Delivery: Delivered within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for select cities and PIN codes if the order is placed before 11:00 AM.
- Scheduled Delivery: Customers can schedule delivery during checkout (based on available time slots).
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Delivery: On orders above ₹299.
- Standard Delivery Charge: ₹49 for orders below ₹299.
- Same-Day Delivery Charge: ₹79 (where applicable).
Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout and are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
4. Delivery Areas
- Sabjifresh.online currently delivers to selected areas across [list states/cities, e.g., Bhopal, Indore, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, etc.].
- If your location is outside our service area, we will inform you promptly and process a full refund if payment was made.
5. Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery timings are between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Exact delivery slots can be selected at checkout (subject to availability).
- We strive to meet promised delivery times but delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, operational issues, or unexpected demand spikes.
6. Perishable Item Handling
- Perishable goods like fruits and vegetables are packed in ventilated crates or eco-friendly packaging designed to maintain freshness.
- We maintain strict temperature control and hygiene protocols during storage and transportation.
- Customers are advised to be present to receive deliveries, especially for perishable items.
- If no one is available to accept delivery:
- Our delivery agent will attempt to contact you.
- If unreachable, the order may be returned, and a re-delivery charge may apply.
7. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email notification with your order status and tracking details.
- You can also track your order from the “My Orders” section on Sabjifresh.online.
8. Delivery Issues
- If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect product:
- Report the issue within 2 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- Our support team will evaluate and may offer a replacement, refund, or credit as appropriate.
9. Cancellation and Modification
- Orders can be canceled or modified before dispatch.
- Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled.
- For perishable items, no returns are accepted unless the product is proven to be defective or spoiled upon delivery.
10. Force Majeure
- Sabjifresh.online is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions.

Cancellation Policy
At Sabjifresh.online, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
We understand that sometimes plans change — here’s how cancellations are handled:
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Before Dispatch:
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting our customer support team via email or phone. - After Dispatch:
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible as the goods are perishable in nature.
2. How to Cancel an Order

- Provide your Order ID and registered mobile number/email address.
- If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel and refund (if prepaid) the full amount.
3. Refunds on Cancellation
- For Prepaid Orders:
A full refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days to your original mode of payment. - For COD Orders:
No financial transaction is required; the order will simply be marked as canceled.
4. Order Cancellation by Sabjifresh.online
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Unavailability of products
- Inaccurate pricing or product information
- Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes)
If we cancel an order, a full refund (if applicable) will be processed promptly.
